Shin Chi-hoon, Ph.D.
PhD in Engineering (software) from UST; former senior researcher at ETRI for 10 years.
A researcher who understands AI from first principles — from semiconductor design to hardware up.
After leaving the lab and settling in Yeongyang, I came face to face with the reality that AI education here was essentially absent. I now plan and run education directly for civil servants, seniors, and children — and I learn every day in the field that knowing AI well and teaching it well to a 60-year-old are entirely different skills. Dr. Shin operates Myeongseong Simjae, an AI education and AX consulting brand that is funded by Myeongseong Pharmacy but legally independent from it. He is not a pharmacist and does not operate the pharmacy.
