Speaker · April 29–30
ETRI senior researcher (10 years) · UST PhD,
currently a Gyeongsangbuk-do AI Coach.
Not papers, not seminars. I teach only what I have actually applied — to county-office requests, small business shops, and senior smartphones — and where it produced results. By the end of the lecture you will leave with one tool you can use Monday morning.

Why You Can Trust This Lecture
Researcher
Taught from first principles
There is a real difference between an instructor who can explain why AI works the way it does and one who simply transcribes the surface. With ten years as a semiconductor and software researcher, I unpack the why first.
Field-tested
Methods proven in real shops, offices, and work sites
Not classroom-only theory — I teach methods I have applied directly in Yeongyang County government offices, small business shops, and civil engineering sites, and that produced measurable results.
Local-first
In language that lands with people in their 60s and beyond
Knowing AI well and teaching it well to someone touching technology for the first time are entirely different skills. I lecture using the delivery I have learned by sitting beside seniors and small business owners in Yeongyang each week.
My Story
From
ETRI lab, Daejeon
State-funded semiconductor and software research
When I left the lab and settled in Yeongyang, I came face to face with a simple fact: AI education here is essentially absent.
On Google Trends, AI search interest in Yeongyang, Cheongsong, Bonghwa, Yeongdeok, and Uiseong does not register at all. The central government lays down the aorta, but the blood does not reach the periphery.
I decided to be the capillary. Sitting at the same place each week, beside the same seniors and small business owners, touching their smartphones together — that is my work.
