The empty slot between two arrival channels
— 신치훈 Ph.D.
This week, two arrival channels came into view together. One is being laid by government (MAFRA Agriculture-Rural AX Strategy); the other is being laid by industry (Daedong agricultural physical AI). For both, the last mile into shadow zones like Yeongyang and Cheongsong is the core. SF:// is registering, on a quarterly cadence, the quarter when the policy channel's shared centers · AI Isaki arrives at the county level, and the quarter when the industry channel's Daedong AI tractor pilot rollout enters a county-level agricultural-tech center.
But between the two channels is one empty slot. The time when the equipment arrives but does not reach the row of perilla seedlings at the edge of one's yard — that time is what "Slow Future" is currently drawing. Han-yi's silence, Mother's hand, the standby LED at the edge of the eaves. This empty slot is written in neither policy announcements nor corporate IR. That is the slot a newspaper that broadcasts from the periphery is here to fill.
Starting with this issue, SF:// applies the PHF (Prompt Hardening Framework) standards to both source curation (v3.9, Phase 0/1/2A) and writing (v3.10, Phase 2C/2E/2F). 9 dim · 100 score · 22-field FactCard · F01–F11 source failure modes · W01–W12 writing failure modes · EN01–EN06 English-specific failure modes · KOSIS-anchored shadow-zone references · KO ↔ EN vocabulary matrix 1:1 unification · 4-tone quantitative gate · F12 progressive-Go-metaphor minimum 3× per issue — these now run on every issue. The trace lives permanently in this issue's curation log (phase0/curation-log-2026-05-09.md).
